By using our website, submitting an application, or using our matchmaking services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Match Finder

Match Finder KLG operates a private matchmaking service designed to help individuals meet potentially compatible partners through a personalised and discreet matchmaking process.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

3. Application and Selection Process

Submitting an application to Match Finder is free of charge and does not create a payment obligation.

4. Matchmaking Services

Match Finder provides a personalised matchmaking service designed to identify and facilitate potentially compatible introductions based on information provided by applicants and clients.

5. Introductions Between Applicants

If Match Finder believes that two individuals may be potentially compatible, we may contact one or both individuals regarding a possible introduction.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to Match Finder is accurate, current and not misleading.

7. Appropriate Conduct

When communicating with Match Finder or another person introduced through Match Finder, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Match Finder aims to provide a discreet and confidential matchmaking experience.

9. Communication

Match Finder may contact applicants and clients using the contact details they provide to us.

10. Fees and Paid Services

Completing the Match Finder application form and participating in the initial introductory call are free of charge.

11. Cancellation and Termination

You may choose not to continue with Match Finder after completing the free application process and initial introductory call. In that case, no CHF 690 service fee will be payable.

12. No Guarantee Regarding Information Provided by Other Individuals

Match Finder makes reasonable efforts to work with information provided by applicants and clients.

13. Personal Meetings and Introductions

If you decide to communicate with or meet someone introduced through Match Finder, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website or our services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Match Finder website, including its text, branding, logos, graphics, images, design and other materials, belongs to Match Finder KLG or is used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
